The JHS Indoor Sessions have finished! Thank you to all the players that participated in the Winter Futsal games here at Jefferson.
The spring season has started and it is time to prepare for the 2015 Soccer Season.
Our first meeting for the season was on Thursday February 26th at 3:05 in Coach O'Connor's room (140). Stop by if you missed it ASAP!

With this being registration time it is important that you strongly look to add Performance PE into your schedule as it is a tremendous way to improve your overall athleticism.
Performance PE: SUMMER CAMP 2015 (Varsity Players MUST attend...otherwise see Coach)
This course is set up to provide structured and progressive lessons for students seeking high intensity training. The developmental phase of this course is typically four weeks and is termed, Phase I. This will allow students the opportunity to learn the complex movements in our strength training program. The First Block of classes consists of lessons that require little or no equipment. Block B begins work on the weighted movements, without weight or with PVC / wooden dowels, followed by Block C which includes more complex weighted movements as well as, a structured training program.
If you want to call yourself an athlete then you should be enrolled in Performance PE!
